Do not email sensitive documents. This includes identification, tax documents, financial information, signed agreements, KYC records, and telephone porting documentation.

How to upload

  2. A separate Intermedia SecuriSync page will open.
  3. Select or drag and drop the documents you want to send.
  4. Wait for the successful upload confirmation before closing the page.

Privacy and access

No Intermedia account or login is required to submit files. The configured upload link does not allow customers to view, download, or delete uploaded files, including their own. Documents are uploaded to Intermedia rather than stored in WordPress.
