On-Demand Service
Request help for an installation, configuration change, troubleshooting issue, or one-time project. No continuing IT support commitment is required.
Optional Ongoing Support
For customers seeking a continuing relationship, ask about a tailored IT maintenance arrangement. Coverage, response expectations, rates, and any preventive work are defined in the agreement.
Telephone service may have its own service agreement or term. “No IT support contract required” applies to onsite technical support, not necessarily telephone service subscriptions.
